All items are sent as priority with tracking number. We ship from Switzerland and Greece. Express shipping is possible, please send your request.

In-Stock Sample Pieces
We accept returns for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your dress.
Made-to-Order Pieces
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 days of providing your final measurements.
After this period, the creation of your dress has begun and your fabrics have been ordered, cancellations are no longer possible, unless fabrics supplier can also cancel, please get in touch the soonest possible. If your order has issues, refund can happen, please get in touch.
