Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, each design is fully custom-made and made to measure, ensuring a perfect fit after you provide your exact measurements. Small alterations to the design are also acceptable if they do not drastically change the pattern of the dress. For alterations, please contact our consultants before purchasing. What is the production time for custom orders?

Handcrafted process timings: Made to Order dresses need 6 weeks for the handmade process. Non customized pieces require 5 days.

Estimated delivery timings: USA,  Canada 1.5 weeks, Europe 1 week, Switzerland 1 day, Asia 2 weeks, Australia/NewZealand 3weeks. Please note all timelines are estimates. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know. 

All shipments are sent with priority and tracking number. Express shipping is possible and would incure extra costs.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it after 2 days of provided measurements when the creative process starts. After 2 days, canceling the order would mean that you would potentially cover the fabric expenses that will be ordered.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure you contact us for a solution or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What are the shipping timings and costs?

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

What is the return and refund policy?

For Made to Order dresses we accept cancellations within 2 days of the measurements provided date. After this point, fabric orders are placed and cancellations cannot be accepted.

For dresses that are In Stock like the Sample Dresses and Accessories we accept returns and refunds.

We are not responsible for incorrect size provided by the client or for weight gain or loss or any damage after the dress is received. Shipping fees are non refundable in case of returns.
