What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. We also provide directions above each listing description on how to measure. If you are not ready to provide your measurements but you want to buy now due to an offer or another reason, you can provide the measurements later. Until then we do not progress with your order until  you provide your measurements. 

Do you accept custom or bespoke orders?

Yes, each design is fully custom-made and made to measure, ensuring a perfect fit after you provide your exact measurements. Small alterations to the design are also acceptable if they do not drastically change the pattern of the dress. For alterations, please contact us before purchasing. What is the production time for custom orders?

Handcrafted process timings: Made to Order dresses need 6 weeks for the handmade process. Non customized pieces require 5 days. 

Shipping timings: USA,  Canada 1.5 weeks, Europe 1 week, Switzerland 1 day, Asia 2 weeks, Australia/NewZealand 3weeks. Please note all timelines are estimates. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know. 

All shipments are sent with priority and tracking number. Express shipping is possible and would incure extra costs.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it after 5 days of provided measurements when the creative process starts and the fabrics have been ordered. After 5 days, canceling the order would mean that you would potentially cover the fabric expenses that will be ordered. Should the item(s) not work out, make sure you contact us for a solution or return for a refund.
