Refund and Return Policy

For dresses that are In Stock like the Sample Dresses and Accessories we accept returns and refunds.

For Custom Made to Order dresses we accept cancellations within 2 days of the measurements provided date. After this point, fabric orders are placed and cancellations cannot be accepted unless we are able to cancel the fabric order with the supplier.
