SHIPPING

Our base is in Switzerland. All shipments are sent with priority and tracking number. Express shipping possible upon request.

Time to receive your Made to Order Wedding or Evening Gown ranges from 5-7 weeks. Assume maximum 8 weeks for safety from order to delivery at your door, but we always deliver weeks before. If an order is risky to be on time we do not accept it from the biginning.

Time to create Allday Special Limited Collection pieces is 8 days.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know. We are not responsible for custom at the borders.

REFUND RETURN POLICY

Once you place your order, you can provide your custom measurements (during the order or afterwards over email). We accept cancellations within 2 days of measurements provided date to avoid fabric orders.

-For items In Stock like the Sample Dresses, we accept returns and refunds. Return should happen within 5 days with proof of return.

-For Made to Order pieces, since each dress is custom-made to the client's measurements, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, contact us if you have issues with your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. We are not responsible for incorrect size provided.
