1. We can simply discuss design changes on the current collection we own to come to the desired look. Assume we need 7 weeks from order to delivery.
2. We can see possible design you have in mind or you have already drawn and we can check feasibility & fabric options to provide a cost estimation for. Assume we need 8 weeks from order to delivery.
​3. We can start together from scratch designing bespoke dress. You can share with us a photo of your body type, the concept you have thought for your wedding and we can provide a tailored design for you. Then we can check for fabrics and provide a cost estimation to discuss together. Assume that we need to have at least 10 weeks before the big day to make sure there is available time for all the handmade process.

Shipping Details

Our base is in Switzerland. We ship worldwide from Switzerland, Italy and Greece. All shipments of wedding dresses are sent with priority and tracking number. All items with value below 200ch are sent with simple mail. Shipping is free for all orders. Express shipping would incure extra costs. We are not responsible for potential customs.

Time to create a handmade to order dress range from 5-7 weeks. Assume maximum 7 weeks for safety, but we always deliver weeks before. If an order is risky we do not accept it and refund the client. Time to create the swimwear is 4 days.

Estimated delivery timing once the dress or shoes are ready is: USA 5 days max, Europe 3 days max, rest 6-10 days max. Please note all timelines are estimates. Estimated time for swimwear delivery is 6 days max. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know.

Refund & Return Policy

Once you place your order, you can provide your custom measurements (during the order or afterwards over email). We accept cancellations within 2 days of measurements provided date to avoid fabric orders. We accept returns in pieces we have already in stock like the sample sales dresses.

-For dresses that are In Stock like the Sample Dresses, we accept returns and refunds. Return should happen within 5 days with proof of return.
-For Made to Order dresses, since each dress is custom-made to the client's measurements, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, contact us if you have any issues with your order and refunds may be possible in case of order issues.

We are not responsible for incorrect size provided by the client, weight changes or any damage after the dress is received. Written consent is required for third-party pickups. If the event is cancelled, full payment is still required if the dress is completed already.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. We will keep you updated for the progress of your handmade item throughout the process.
