All items are sent as priority with tracking number. We ship from Switzerland and Greece. Express shipping is possible, please send your request.

In-Stock Sample Dresses
We accept returns for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your dress.
Made-to-Order Dresses
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 days of providing your final measurements.
After this period, the creation of your dress has begun and your fabrics have been ordered, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
As every Petra Kara gown is handled with individual care, we consider each situation personally and thoughtfully. Our priority is to provide you with an exceptional experience and the highest level of customer service.

Our floating pearl illusion bracelet Aimée is handmade in our Swiss atelier.
This bracelet features mixed-size pearls arranged in a unique, random pattern, creating the lovely illusion that the pearls are floating on your wrist.
We always work to provide the best possible finish for our jewellery. For our Aimée collection, we ensure that the pearls are securely attached while the fixing remains invisible to the eye.
