Accessories: 10 days. Includes Leather Bag, Silk Skirt, Scarf, Jewelry, Swimwear.
MADE TO ORDER
Bridal Dress: 7 weeks
Veils & Capes: 4 weeks
Evening & Cocktail Dress: 5weeks
Shoes: 4 weeks
All items are sent as priority with tracking number. We ship from Switzerland and Greece. Express shipping is possible, please send your request.
REFUND RETURN POLICY
Returns & Cancellations
In-Stock Sample Dresses
We accept returns for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your dress.
Made-to-Order Dresses
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 days of providing your final measurements.
After this period, the creation of your dress has begun and your fabrics have been ordered, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
As every Petra Kara gown is handled with individual care, we consider each situation personally and thoughtfully. Our priority is to provide you with an exceptional experience and the highest level of customer service.

A PETRA KARA Gift Card is a thoughtful way to be part of someone’s special moment. It can be used towards a made-to-order bridal gown, evening gown, veil, cape, shoes or accessories — a gift as considered as the pieces themselves.
Redeemable online, with no expiry.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
- An email with a unique 16-digit gift card code
- The gift card value and an option to check the remaining balance
- A gift card that never expires
HOW TO USE IT
Simply enter the gift card code at checkout. The value will be applied to the order as store credit.
If the full value isn’t used, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for a future purchase. Multiple gift cards can also be combined at checkout.
Gift cards can be used together with eligible discount codes. If there is a remaining amount after applying the gift card, it can be paid using another payment method.
GIFTING IT TO SOMEONE?
The gift card is sent to the email address entered at purchase. You can then simply forward it to the recipient whenever the moment feels right.
