During your virtual appointment, you’ll get to meet the designer Petra and our friendly team of bridal experts. We’ll listen to your vision, guide you through ideas and options you can have, recommend and provide rough cost estimations without the obligation to purchase.

TIMINGS: PREPARATION AND SHIPPING

Handcrafted process timings: Made to Order Custom dresses and shoes need 6 weeks for the handmade process. Non customized pieces require 5 days (bags, scarves, swimwear, limited edition skirts).

Estimated delivery timings: USA,  Canada 1.5 weeks, Europe 1 week, Switzerland 1 day, Asia 2 weeks, Australia/NewZealand 3weeks. Please note all timelines are estimates. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know. 

All shipments are sent with priority and tracking number. Express shipping is possible and would incure extra cost.
